Refund and Returns Policy

Physical Products – Apparel & Gear

We want you to love what you ordered. If you’re not completely satisfied, our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. After 14 days, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Important:
Do not return any products directly to the manufacturer without contacting us first.
Please email hello@thereeldominion.com to initiate your return. Once we confirm and provide instructions, you may proceed with returning the item to the manufacturer.


Digital Products – eBooks, Guides, Downloads

All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or accept returns once a file has been accessed or delivered. This policy helps prevent unauthorized sharing or redistribution.

If you encounter technical issues (such as download errors), email us—we’ll help resolve it promptly.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Re-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing time can vary).
  3. Contact your bank for confirmation.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at hello@thereeldominion.com, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.

If the gift wasn’t marked or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.


Shipping Returns

Do not return your item until you’ve received confirmation from us via email. Once approved, return the item to the manufacturer address provided in our instructions.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping may be deducted.
